These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the https://sodind.in website and the SoD and SoD Partner mobile applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by Service On Demand (SOD). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Service On Demand is a technology platform that connects customers with independent, verified service professionals ("Partners") for home services. We facilitate bookings; the actual services are performed by Partners.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Payments may be made online through our payment partners or in cash as indicated in the app. By making a payment, you authorise us and our payment partners to process the transaction.
You may cancel a booking through the app. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. For refund queries, contact us at sodccare@gmail.com.
We strive to deliver high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly and we will work to resolve the issue. Any service warranty terms will be communicated at the time of service where applicable.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including engaging in fraudulent activity, harassing Partners or staff, or attempting to circumvent the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Service On Demand (SOD) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
